Wool Pellets
In 2024, Black Sparrow Ranch began offering wool pellets made from 100% locally-sourced wool, the majority of which came from our own flock. Although raw wool does have many uses, often "waste wool" or wool with less desirable lengths, crimps, and cleanliness is thrown away. We set out to find a way to utilize the so-called "waste wool."
