2026 Lamb Reservation

This form is to reserve a 2026 Black Sparrow Ranch Babydoll or Harlequin lamb.

RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SPOTTED HARLEQUINS AND BLACK OR OFF-WHITE BABYDOLLS. WE ARE NOT TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR SPOTTED BABYDOLLS.

The deposit to reserve a lamb is $250. We ask that you read the Breed Info and Requirements pages prior to filling out the form. Please be as specific as possible with your request (breed, sex, color) but note that more flexible requests are more likely to be fulfilled.

Deposits are non-refundable. The only time a deposit will be returned is if Black Sparrow Ranch cannot provide the buyer with the lamb requested due to an issue like illness or injury. Deposits can be carried over from one year to the next if requested. Buyer is responsible for transportation from our ranch in Greenwood, Arkansas. Lambs are expected in April and May of 2026. They are weaned at approximately 10 weeks and must be picked up between 10-12 weeks unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

We anticipate the following RANGE of prices for 2026 but these are subject to change depending on our lambing season. Each sheep is priced individually based on breed, color, sex, lineage, conformation, temperament, etc.

Babydolls

Rams: $600 - $1000

Wethers: $500 - $800

Ewes: $800 - $1200

Flashy Spotted: $1500 - $3000+

Harlequins:

Rams: $700 - $1200

Wethers: $500 - $800

Ewes: $800 - $1400

The average price of a 2025 lambs was $900.

We will be breeding 27 Harlequin and Babydoll ewes for the 2026 lambing season. We will accept a limited number of deposits, only for the number of lambs we are confident we will be able to provide. Any additional lambs remaining after the deposit holders have chosen their lambs will be offered first come first serve to vetted buyers after lambing is complete.

We will go through the reservation requests in the order in which they are received. If we are able to accommodate your reservation request we will contact you to provide payment instructions. If we are not able to accommodate you this year, we will also let you know. Please allow us 3-5 days to get back to you.
